Preparing for the critique and seeing things come together from each person in the group was very satisfying. Getting the chance to hear and see different designs was useful as we got a chance to look at different processes and how other people created their logo and finished product for the brief. There was a lot of inspiration all around the room. Also getting a chance to present our work and receive feedback gave us a chance to see our work from someone else’s perspective.

We were told to look at our target audience and not to limit it to people who are vegans and are looking to improve the environment but keep our audience quite broad so that we can attract everyone.

Overall, I was pleased with our final outcome. Because we created our work in a group we ended up having quite a lot to present from everyone and also it was nice to see how we had all been communicating throughout the project because at the end each piece of work that everyone made could be linked to someone else’s.

If I could change one thing, I would change our mood boards slightly, so that they are more self explanatory for someone who is looking at our display. I think having to explain it defeats the purpose of having a mood board which should speak for itself. But other than that I found working in a group was very helpful as everyone had their own unique skills that you could be inspired by.
