Using Illustrator I looked at different images and their colour palettes. This was useful for me because I could see the different colours that contribute to creating a photograph. It was useful to learn about the colour wheel and go over the complimentary colours which could help us to choose the colour scheme of our super graphic. I chose to look at two different pictures. One with a much more complicated colour scheme and one simple one. I wanted to contrast the two and see which one was more effective. I found that using simple primary colours was effective in an image, rather than having too much colour and getting lost in it. Its important to lay out your colour so that they don’t clash and become overwhelming.
