visiting Tate Modern, I kept an open mind about what paintings and photographs could relate to the word descent. I kept the main themes of death, mental health and illness in my mind but also focused on how overtime the environment has grown to worsen. This is evident in the Detroit riots art piece and other environmental pictures that highlight the negative impact we have had on the world. Visiting Tate Modern was an effective contribution to my research as I was able to collect a number of different Artist work and also learnt to relate what I was seeing in the gallery to my research.
