When visiting the photographers gallery I took photographs of what I thought was the most interesting to interpret. Walking around the gallery with my sketchbook and art materials helped me to document what I felt I was most captivated by, but also change the art to create interesting mark making and to create texture. I wrote about how certain paintings and photography evokes different emotions, really ensuring I stated how particular pieces of work made me feel. I also began to ask myself questions and describe the painting.
